Guidelines for event participation:

• Keep an open heart and mind to all discussions

• Racism, sexism, ableism, or any abusive language will not be tolerated

• Be mindful of sharing the conversational space

• Be mindful of inevitably present interpersonal power dynamics

• Prefer to use “I” statements and speak from personal experience

• Listen and be respectful

• Own the impact of your mistakes

• Reflect on which of these guidelines are easy for you and which are hard. We are committed to create a safe space for people to share and hold a conversation with respect.
